Great weekend of filming at Fumpstock & Swing sundays in Lamarsh Bures the perfect location for a festival event hosted by some very wonderful people, The festival started for us on the friday with recording the Fump team setting up all their equipment, ranging from the setting up of the giant Funktion one system supplied by Intersonic Productions and all their lighting, lasers and screens.

I could tell from the off these guys ment business as no expense was being spared on the quality of the stage rigging and the production going into this event

The location was awesome on farm land in a beautiful valley sheltered by towering oak tree’s and rolling green hills.

Staging in the stage was set (no pun intended) ready for a weekend of action packed Fumpstock & Swing sundays 2018 festival madness, Artists played an awesome array of music over the course of the weekend some big names gracing the event and taking the crowd by storm alongside  the amazing fump resident Dj’s.

Equipment wise we used multiple cameras on different rigs to film the event we used our Panasonic GH4r 4k cams on the Gini Rig shoulder mount rig with 7″ lcd display,GH4r on the Dji Ronin M both with handheld stabilization and on a tripod mount using the remote control for motorised pan and tilt movements also out putting to another 7″ lcd display.GH4r on a standard tripod mount using heavy duty elastic bands to pull off smooth pan actions with zero camera shake.The Dji Inspire 2 drone with X4s camera system on a 9″ Android tablet.

Its great using some of this equipment lightweight yet strong and really helps us deliver a high end product to the customer.   It also makes us easily dispatchable to any part of the world for filming projects covering both land and aerial filming requirements due to pack down sizes and low weights for transport needs.

The festival events are always a pleasure to film meeting new people soaking up great atmospheres where people have come to enjoy themselves it’s great seeing so many smiling faces all in one location together trouble free with only one thing on their minds to enjoy the music it’s how most festivals use to be but a lot has changed and many have lost that feel about them this festival retains that key factor love and lots of it.
